Barceloneta
Beach Park
We train outdoors on Passeig Marítim, one of the best stretches in Barcelona. Open air, natural light, the sound of the waves a few meters away. It changes your mindset completely.
And yes, rain or shine, we train. Some of the most memorable classes have been the rainy ones.
Why People Stay
You'll fit in
from day one.
First-timers train alongside regulars. The instructor knows your name. People come for the Muay Thai and stay for the people.
Training outdoors in Barcelona does something to a group. The shared effort, the sea air, the sweat. It builds a bond you don't get in a regular gym.
Become a regular"I always wanted to get into boxing. The combination EMT offers is just a magical experience."
Bart D."The guys make the classes fun. You work, sweat, and laugh hard. I fit in from day one."
Erin S."Watching the sunrise from the beach while doing Muay Thai before work, is just incredible."

Start with
Base Camp.
Most people who walk into a Muay Thai gym feel out of place on day one. Base Camp was built to fix that. Six weeks with a small group of beginners and a professional coach in your corner. You'll start from zero and finish with real skills. Oh, and it's completely free when you commit and finish the program.
Your first class
is on Barceloneta.
Show up. The sea, the park, the people, and a workout unlike anything you've tried before.
