Ancient Feathers is a private space dedicated to exploring these methods to invoke personalized experiences using The Shamanic Yoga Process - a combination of Ancient Eastern philosophies & practices (Yoga/Advaita) with the Ancient Western methods of elementally induced inner journeys (Shamanism/Vision Quests). It is a space to connect with yourself and to others who also hold similar intentions of shedding false perceptions and awakening further to the reality of existence and inspiring a mastery of life. The purpose of every class and practice is to guide you towards a moment of pure Consciousness, an experience beyond the basic senses and the ego that help you develop your "Optimal State of Being". The process combines movement and breath practices with stimulating earth and sound elements to clear the mind and body of stress and open the way to true presence. In this presence you will find a clearer intellect and be able to explore your subconscious and recognize what is limiting you from experiencing your full potential.
