1 min calf raise normal, out, then in. 1 min each

15 sec ankle stretch

1 min straddle stretch

1 min lunges pulses + 10 reps jumps

1 min quad stretch on floor

1 min pike

1 min squat paulses +10 reps jumping squats

1 min pancake, right and left. 1 min each
